1. What is NotifyTube?

NotifyTube is a YouTube channel subscription summary tool. You can subscribe to your favorite channels, and whenever they publish new videos, we automatically generate concise summaries and deliver them to you through your preferred method (email, Telegram, etc.).

2. How many channels can I subscribe to?

Different plans support different numbers of channel subscriptions:

  • Free users: Up to 1 channel
  • Standard plan: Up to 20 channels
  • Pro plan: Up to 50 channels
  • Expert plan: Up to 120 channels

3. How are summaries generated?

We use advanced AI models to analyze video transcripts and extract concise core content. Note that free users will primarily use the free model for summary generation, which may fail if the model is unavailable or quota is exhausted. Paid users will have priority access to high-performance models, ensuring reliable summary generation and timely delivery.

4. What delivery methods are supported?

Currently supported delivery channels:

  • Email (all users)
  • Telegram (Standard plan and above)
  • Discord (Pro plan and above)
  • Slack (Expert plans)

5. Can I choose the summary language?

Summaries are automatically generated in the same language as the video's subtitles. Currently, we primarily support English and Chinese. More languages will be added in the future.

6. How many summaries are included in each plan?

Monthly summary generation limits:

  • Free users: 4 summaries
  • Standard plan: 80 summaries
  • Pro plan: 200 summaries
  • Expert plan: 500 summaries

7. Where can I find summaries if I miss the delivery?

Historical summary archiving is currently not supported but is under development. You can find past summaries in your email or Telegram message history.

8. How can I unsubscribe or change delivery methods?

You can manage your channel subscriptions and modify delivery methods anytime in your personal center. You can also click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

9. Is NotifyTube free?

We offer a free version along with paid plans to meet higher frequency and more channel subscription needs. All plans support both monthly and annual subscriptions.

10. Is refund available?

We support proportional refunds for technical issues that prevent normal service usage. Please submit your request through our Contact Us page.
