Refund Policy

Thank you for using NotifyTube. This page outlines our refund terms and application process to protect user rights and ensure service quality.

1. Subscription Plans

NotifyTube provides subscription-based digital summary delivery services with the following plan types and refund rules:

  • Free Plan: No refund applicable
  • Monthly Plan: 7-day refund policy, subject to usage limits
  • Annual Plan: Pro-rated monthly refunds available at any time

2. Monthly Plan Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Support: Within 7 days of payment, if you have used no more than 8 summary services, you may request a full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Usage exceeding 4 summary deliveries
  • Payment made more than 7 days ago
  • Delivery issues due to user-related reasons (e.g., unread emails, unlinked Telegram)

3. Annual Plan Refund Policy

Annual plan subscribers may request a refund at any time. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused months.

Refund Calculation:

Refund Amount = (Remaining Months ÷ 12) × Annual Plan Price

Note: Used months (including the current month) are non-refundable.

4. Auto-Renewal Information

If you have enabled auto-renewal, the system will automatically charge your account before the subscription period ends. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings. The service will automatically deactivate at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Application Process

To request a refund, please email support@notifytube.com with the following information:

  • Registered email address
  • Order number
  • Brief explanation of refund reason

We will process your request within 5 business days.

6. Special Notes

We are committed to providing high-quality service to all users. If you experience technical issues, delivery problems, or missing AI summaries, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
